"I signed up for the 30 day screen-time detox course thinking I’d maybe get a few tips, but what I actually found was a complete shift in how we live as a family. Before the course I was relying on screens more than I wanted to, during meals, while I cooked, even just to get five minutes of peace. I knew it wasn't right but I didn’t know where to start.
This course gave me so much more than strategies. It gave me understanding, about how my toddler’s brain works, why the screen meltdowns were happening and how to make changes without feeling like a ‘bad parent’. I loved the way the course gently guided us, one small step at a time and it never felt overwhelming or preachy.
The daily activities helped me reconnect with my son in ways that felt meaningful and fun. We set up a quiet corner, started doing nature walks and brought back story time in the evenings. He started playing independently more and the tantrums actually became fewer. I even found myself putting my phone down more and feeling less stressed.
One of the biggest takeaways was that it’s not about being perfect, it’s about being intentional. We still use screens but now we do it mindfully and with boundaries that feel good for all of us. I’m so grateful for this course. It changed our daily rhythm and honestly it brought more peace into our home."

"I just wanted to say thank you with regard to the phonics course. I bought it for my five year old granddaughter who lives in Canada who was struggling a little in school. Her parents had a phone call from her teacher to say that she was 'blown away' by the vast improvement she'd shown after only three weeks of using your phonics course. Thanks again."
